Help

Everything a parent usually asks before the first order. If your question is not here,WhatsApp us β€” a real person replies.

How do I pay?

Add what you want to the cart, then send the order to us on WhatsApp. We reply with the total including postage and a payment link β€” bank transfer, DuitNow QR or card. Nothing is charged until you confirm. We never ask for card details on this website.

When does my download arrive?

Within a few minutes of payment, by email and on WhatsApp. If it has not turned up in an hour, message us β€” it is almost always a typo in the email address.

What paper should I print on?

120gsm A4 gives the nicest result and holds a fold crisply. Ordinary 80gsm printer paper works fine too, it is just floppier. Print at 100% scale β€” do not tick "fit to page", or the parts stop matching each other.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes, as many times as your own family needs. If you want to print for a whole class, buy the classroom licence on the teachers page instead.

My child is 5. Is that too young?

For cutting on their own, yes β€” our easiest crafts are drawn for 6 and up. A 5-year-old can still do a lot of it if a grown-up handles the scissors and the fiddly gluing.

How long does delivery take for kits?

2–4 working days across Peninsular Malaysia, 4–7 to Sabah and Sarawak. Flat RM 8 postage, free over RM 150. We post on weekdays only.

Something arrived damaged or a part is missing.

Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will post a replacement part the same week. No need to return anything.

Can I get a refund?

Kits: yes, unopened, within 14 days β€” message us first. Downloads cannot be refunded once sent, since you already have the file. If a PDF will not print properly, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

Safety and ages

Scissors. Every craft needs cutting. Under 8, use round-tip children's scissors and stay at the table. The thick card in the cranking kits needs adult scissors β€” that is a grown-up job.

Glue. A glue stick is all we ever ask for. Please do not use superglue on these; it warps the paper and it is not safe on small hands.

Small parts. Finished crafts contain small paper pieces. Not suitable for children under 3, and keep finished models away from toddlers and pets.

Ages on each craft are the age a child can usually manage on their own. Younger children enjoy them just as much with someone helping.

Still stuck mid-build?

Send a photo of the step on WhatsApp. We would much rather talk you through it than have a crumpled wau in the bin.
